Totes fine, after I explained to her that I wasn’t some lunatic shipping live-and-then-dead hamsters in the mail and skinning them in my room. I also had to explain that shipping snails for aquariums is a normal thing and no I wasn’t using them for taxidermy (taxidermied snails? Really?)

I am actually still mildly annoyed they butchered episode four of Hannibal in the US. Their reasoning was because it was out of respect of the Boston bombings but I fail to see how a crime, in the show, involving children killing children has anything to do with a terrorist attack. They also mention the Sandy Hook shooting being a reason as well, but again, that wasn’t children killing each other.
There are many, many, many violent tv shows  (and movies) showing people killing people/animals/living things and every day that is happening in real life. I do not see interrupting the plot of a tv show and cutting an episode one time out of the literal thousands of episodes in all of those shows does anything

And did you forget this show is mostly about serial killers and a cannibal psychiatrist.
